Children & Youth Activities

Kingsway Chapel caters for all ages with special activities for the children and young people. These are held on Sundays and at various times during the week.

NOTE: At Kingsway Chapel we take the care and safety of children seriously. All our volunteers have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau, and a copy of our Child Protection Policy is available on request.

On Sundays

 Crèche

We love having children in our services and there is a play area for under 5's in church.

Sunday School

Have fun learning about the Bible and what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

During the Week

 Kingsway Tots

Kingsway Tots is a friendly welcoming group where parents and carers of babies and toddlers can meet for a cuppa and a chat while the children play. Play session with lots of toys, ‘sit and rides’, craft activities, stories and singing for the toddlers.

 Girls Club

A craft and activity club for girls age 7 - 11 which runs during term-time.

 Youth Club

An evening for young people aged 11-16. Games and conversation.

 Stay & Play

Stay and Play is a free activity offering an opportunity for mums and dads to bring their children to a welcoming environment, where they can play safely and enjoy the friendship of others, while the parents stay for a chat

Our sessions run on Friday mornings, from 9.30am to 11am (11:30am during the Summer Holiday) and is open to all children under school age (under 5's)

A varied selection of toys, including messy play, and craft are provided each week for the relevant age ranges, and there is also an area where they can enjoy physical activity on the bikes and trikes both inside and out.

Our sessions end with a quiet time where we sing nursery rhymes or read a story
